About the Role
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality of Precision AQ products and client projects. This role works closely with various teams to deliver high-quality products that meet client business needs. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute manual test cases by comparing Legally Reviewed (MLR) approved documentation to software output
- →Detect and report defects and inconsistencies through manual review
- →Create clear and accurate QC test cases based on comparing MLR approved documents to developed materials
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to review user stories, requirements, and client documentation
- →Design, document, and maintain test cases and other test artifacts
- →Manage multiple projects concurrently with shifting priorities
- →Report status, concerns, and risks for client deliverables
- →Mentor team members and provide audit support
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in QC manual testing and test planning
- ✓Strong capability for syntax, typos, and grammar
- ✓Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail
- ✓Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Excel
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired
