About the Role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at Precision for Medicine. This role focuses on executing and optimizing integrated marketing programs to drive awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute and optimize integrated marketing programs using content marketing, email marketing, and paid/organic digital marketing campaigns
→Support the development of new content and campaigns to generate qualified leads
→Partner closely with Marketing & Sales to reach account targets and develop integrated campaigns
→Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, content marketing, and emails using marketing automation tools
→Build landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital assets to engage prospects and customers
→Support the execution of a content atomization strategy to increase client engagement
→Collaborate with design and content team members for campaign development
→Oversee the library of templates for email marketing, landing pages, forms, and other assets
→Deliver marketing analytics to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate ROI
→Support the implementation of account-based marketing initiatives
→Optimize CRM and tech stack health and work with IT to resolve any glitches
→Implement robust reporting frameworks to surface actionable leads to the Inside Sales and Sales teams

Requirements

✓5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in biotech/life sciences/preferably in lead generation and account-based marketing
✓2-4 years of experience working in a matrix environment and leading marketing projects
✓Previous experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
✓Strong knowledge of and experience with advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, or AdRoll
✓Intermediate/Advanced knowledge (hands-on execution) of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdRoll, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce)
