About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Director to join Precision Medicine Group. This role involves leading and managing a team to maximize effectiveness and efficiency for clients and the company. The Strategic Account Director will act as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring work is strategically on-target and delivered within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand business challenges clients are facing and help them define and achieve their business goals
- →Prepare annual strategic/tactical plans for each client and individual campaign/project plans as needed
- →Manage and strengthen client relationships
- →Propose, sell to clients, and oversee ideas and projects tied to clients’ objectives
- →Mentor, train, and coach team members to facilitate growth and development
- →Stay abreast of developments in clients’ industries
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree
- ✓Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or management, marketing, or business preferred
- ✓Minimum of seven years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or medical affairs experience
- ✓Proficiency in acting as a trusted strategic/business advisor
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Strong time management skills to work effectively within demanding timelines
