About the Role
Prenuvo is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Strategist to support execution across core acquisition channels. This role will be an embedded member of the Growth Marketing team, collaborating closely with internal leads to manage and optimize day-to-day campaigns for paid social and paid search.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute day-to-day campaign management and analysis across paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- →Refresh ad copy, creative assets, and extensions in collaboration with the internal team
- →Implement structured testing frameworks to identify performance drivers and scale winners
- →Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- →Support the rollout of new channels and campaign types as Prenuvo expands its media mix
- →Partner with internal teams on tracking and measurement
- →Collaborate with internal leads to deliver reports, insights, and recommendations
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns
- ✓Proven success managing seven-figure monthly budgets and optimizing to CPA and ROAS targets
- ✓Deep proficiency in paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and pivot quickly
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
