About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager for Claims AI to join Prima, a leading online motor insurance provider. In this high-impact role, you will apply AI and LLMs to real-world, high-volume processes, working closely with claims experts, data scientists, and engineers to create intelligent, scalable products that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and evolve the roadmap for AI-driven and automated claims capabilities
- →Use quantitative analysis and experiments to prioritize problems and validate solutions
- →Lead initiatives to replace manual workflows with smart automation
- →Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ship reliable AI features
- →Work closely with Claims teams to understand processes and translate them into product solutions
- →Contribute to Prima’s broader Claims product strategy
Requirements
- ✓4+ years delivering complex tech products end to end
- ✓Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- ✓Familiarity with LLMs, ML concepts, or AI-powered workflows
- ✓Ability to engage deeply with technical teams
- ✓Excellent communicator with fluency in Italian and English
