Your Responsabilities – contra boring, PRO YOU As part of our international development team, you will play an active role in shaping the future of proalpha. You will program customized customer solutions, develop new applications, and work closely with colleagues and customers. From the very beginning, we will support you with a structured induction program and personal mentoring. • Programming: You will independently develop extensions and customizations for our customers. • Development: You will design, program, and test new software functions and applications. • Collaboration: Working closely with our consultants, you will support ERP rollouts for our customers. • Knowledge transfer: You will involve new colleagues in projects and create templates and specifications. • Customer contact: If interested, you will take on technical concepts in direct exchange with end customers. Your Profil – contra standard, PRO YOU  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. We also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow. • Professional experience: Initial practical experience in software development or motivation to start a career • Expertise: Good knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g., C#, C++, Java, Progress-ABL) and experience with relational databases; fundamentals of software development and software architecture PRO YOU – Your strengths, your career We look forward to receiving your application and getting to know you!
