A Little About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in contact center solutions, customer success platforms, and enterprise customer relationship management technologies. Our ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of specialized experience in driving strategic technology initiatives across Salesforce, Zoom, and advanced CRM ecosystems.
The successful candidate will serve as a critical bridge between technical teams, customer-facing groups, strategic leadership, and vendor partnerships, with a proven track record of:
β’ Implementing complex contact center and customer success technologies
β’ Managing enterprise-level CRM integrations
β’ Driving strategic technology solutions in customer-centric environments
What youβll do:
β’ Manage complex, high-visibility technology projects that directly impact our customer experience and operational efficiency
β’ Conduct comprehensive product evaluations and technical reviews of potential technology solutions
β’ Execute end-to-end implementation strategies for selected technologies
β’ Perform in-depth assessments of customer success platforms, integration tools, and enterprise software
β’ Lead rigorous technical assessments of potential software solutions
β’ Develop detailed evaluation frameworks and scoring methodologies
β’ Conduct thorough vendor due diligence, including:
β’ Support Security and compliance reviews
β’ Technical capability assessments
β’ Integration potential with existing technology stack
β’ Total cost of ownership analysis
β’ Manage full lifecycle of solution implementation, from selection to deployment
β’ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluation processes and implementation strategies
β’ Collaborate with security, IT, and business units to ensure optimal solution fit

Our ideal candidate will have:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
β’ 10+ years' of technical project management experience
β’ Extensive experience with customer relationship management tools, including:
β’ Salesforce
β’ Contact Center solutions (Zoom, Genesys, Five9, Zendesk)
β’ Customer success platforms (Gainsight, Vitally, ChurnZero)
β’ Proven track record of managing enterprise-level technology integrations
β’ Strong data security protocol knowledge
β’ Cloud-based integration experience
β’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
β’ Customer success platform expertise
β’ Data integration and migration
β’ Risk assessment and mitigation
β’ Security compliance understanding
Physical Requirements:
β’ This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods
β’ Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees
β’ Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday
β’ Occasional travel may be required for this position

Salary
$146,000 - $169,000/year DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a minimum of 3 days a week.
