About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at Profound. You will work on core data visualization and content workflow tools, focusing on crafting exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design core product experiences end to end, from early exploration through launch and iteration
- →Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate strategy and ambiguous problems into clear solutions
- →Explore multiple directions quickly through sketches, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- →Refine and improve the product using user feedback, qualitative insights, and product intuition
- →Contribute to and help evolve Profound’s design language, systems, and product vision
- →Participate in design critiques to give and receive feedback on in-progress work
Requirements
- ✓3 or more years of experience designing digital products, ideally in a startup or fast-moving product company
- ✓Strong generalist with taste, comfortable owning the full stack of design assets
- ✓Deep care for craft and belief that great design is defined by clarity, simplicity, and execution
- ✓Entrepreneurial and product-thinking mindset
- ✓Experience working on data visualization or B2B marketing products
- ✓Portfolio showing thoughtful problem-solving and high-quality visual design
- ✓Ability to prototype directly in code and ship to production using git and GitHub
