About the Role
Property Finder is seeking a Business Consultant to join their team in the MENA region. This role is pivotal in retaining and expanding their customer base through strategic business consultations and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Master the Property Finder solution portfolio to become a subject matter expert.
- →Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth.
- →Acquire new clients and manage existing client portfolios.
- →Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals.
- →Utilize a consultative approach to align customer needs with suitable solutions.
- →Sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions.
- →Cultivate and sustain enduring client relationships.
- →Record and maintain accurate documentation in Property Finder's SalesForce CRM.
- →Predict weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts.
- →Negotiate contracts and manage collections.
- →Collaborate with clients and internal departments to meet client requests.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience in a SaaS or Subscription environment.
- ✓Strong analytical skills for interpreting client data.
- ✓Exceptional customer service mindset.
- ✓Effective problem-solving skills.
- ✓Proficient public speaking, communication, and presentation skills.
- ✓Desirable understanding of the real estate industry.
- ✓Highly computer literate, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- ✓Solid experience in using CRM tools (SalesForce experience is a plus).
- ✓Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business strategies.
