About the Role
Property Finder is seeking a Strategy & Business Operations Specialist to join their team in Dubai. This role involves leading strategic initiatives and overseeing business performance within the MENA region's leading property portal.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end delivery of top strategic initiatives in partnership with VPs and executive stakeholders
- →Own business performance and execution with weekly/monthly cadence
- →Oversee project management processes to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
- →Coordinate with organization to support mobilization and implementation of strategic initiatives
- →Provide guidance to project managers and teams
- →Run complex analyses to support/test hypotheses
- →Communicate key findings to Executive Leadership Team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in strategy roles, preferably in a top-tier global consulting firm or leading technology company
- ✓Very strong business acumen
- ✓Ability to extract insights from data and translate into actionable recommendations
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and analytical skills
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Willingness to be flexible to meet project deadlines
- ✓Ability to work independently
- ✓Proven record of high performance and achievements in career
- ✓Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
