About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join Prophet Security, a cybersecurity startup focused on automated security operations. You'll play a foundational role in defining how customers experience our next-generation security automation platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the design and implementation of Prophet’s frontend using React and TypeScript
→Establish and maintain scalable component libraries, design systems, and development standards
→Partner with product and design leaders to translate complex functionality into elegant user interfaces
→Drive frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and reliability
→Collaborate with backend teams to define robust APIs and data flows
→Lead technical reviews, mentorship, and cross-functional engineering initiatives
→Contribute to long-term product strategy and technical roadmap decisions
→Advocate for frontend engineering excellence and champion the user experience

Requirements

✓Deep frontend expertise using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and HTML/CSS
✓Proven ability to design and implement complex, performant UI architectures
✓Strong understanding of design systems, state management, and scalable component frameworks
✓Demonstrated aesthetic and product taste with a track record of building intuitive interfaces
✓Experience mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and setting technical standards
✓Excellent collaboration and communication skills for a fast-paced startup environment
✓Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML-driven interfaces, or real-time data visualization
