About the Role
We are looking for driven interns in Novi Sad, Serbia who are ready to dive deep into the world of Generative AI. This is a high-stakes, 3-month unpaid program where you will work on-site with mentors on real-world solutions for global financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work on Agentic Systems and RAG pipelines that automate complex business logic
- →Develop backends using FastAPI/Flask and integrate with top-tier LLMs
- →Use Cursor, Claude Code, and LLMs to speed up development and focus on high-level architecture
- →Handle large-scale data processing and migrations for production environments
Requirements
- ✓Solid foundation in Python
- ✓Experience with Git and Docker
- ✓Ability to see a problem and start figuring out how to build the solution
- ✓Fascination with GenAI and RAG
- ✓Effective communication in English
- ✓Willingness to work on-site in Novi Sad
