Senior Python Engineer (GenAI & LLM Orchestration) at Provectus

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with experience in generative AI to join our team. We build AI-driven products, where you’ll develop and ship Python services and LLM features (including RAG, tools, and agents) on a daily basis — while leveraging AI across your entire workflow, from development to delivery. Responsibilities: • Design and ship high-performance Python services and GenAI features, including RAG pipelines, agents, and tool-calling on a daily basis • Architect and optimize RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, ensuring sub-second latency for complex AI-driven products • Own the entire product lifecycle from idea to production, working within autonomous pods where you lead the architecture alongside DevOps and UX teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML and Data engineers, to transform raw data into intelligent business value • Stay updated with the latest developments in Python and AI technologies, proactively proposing and implementing innovative solutions to keep the product ahead of the curve Requirements: • Strong proficiency in Python programming with 5+ years of experience • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design patterns • Hands-on production experience in building GenAI features, specifically RAG architectures and LLM orchestration • Experience in building RESTful APIs and servers with frameworks like FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask • Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration in microservices environments • Experience with AWS and serverless computing • Versatile engineering mindset with a high level of proactivity and ownership • Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Postgres and DynamoDB • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks like PyTest, UnitTest, or others • English level — strong Intermediate or higher with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Nice to have: • Hands-on experience with other languages in a polyglot environment, such as Node.js, Java, Scala, Go, Ruby, or Rust • Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps) • Familiarity with vector databases and data engineering tools like Airflow, Snowflake, or Databricks • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native automation • Experience in building chatbot applications or complex agentic workflows What we offer: • Participate in internal training programs (Leadership, Public Speaking, etc.) with full support for AWS and other professional certifications • Work with the latest AI tools, premium subscriptions, and the freedom to use them in your daily work • Long-term B2B collaboration • 100% remote with flexible hours • Collaboration with an international, cross-functional team • Comprehensive private medical insurance or budget for your medical needs • Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays • Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work • Special gifts for weddings, childbirth, and other personal milestones
