About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for clinical trial roles on a regional scale. This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave for one year.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, post, and maintain job advertisements and recruitment materials
- →Proactively source candidates via job boards and social media
- →Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements
- →Organize, conduct, and report on first-stage interviews and testing
- →Maintain the Applicant Tracking System
- →Develop compensation and benefits benchmarks for each position
- →Build candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs
- →Act as a point of contact for candidates, maintaining a positive employer reputation

Requirements
