Key Responsibilities
- →Establish standards, templates, and best practices for business and functional requirements
- →Drive continuous improvement to increase throughput and improve requirements quality
- →Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions
- →Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- →Translate high-level initiatives into clear, technically feasible user stories
- →Break down complex features into smaller, incremental deliverables
- →Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prioritized backlog for multiple Scrum teams
- →Directly schedule and lead requirement meetings and alignment discussions
- →Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and other teams
- →Ensure stakeholders understand testing responsibilities and timelines
- →Identify unclear requirements and drive resolution before development begins
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) and NICE CXone mobile development environments
- ✓Proven ability to lead stakeholder interviews and workshops
- ✓Strong documentation skills for business requirements and user stories
- ✓Experience with backlog management and refinement sessions
- ✓Ability to translate high-level initiatives into technically feasible user stories
- ✓Experience with traceability across requirements, design, testing, and deployment
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills
- ✓Ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners
