About the Role
Pure Storage France is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Hunter to join their Commercial Select team in Paris. This role focuses on developing new business, working with channel resellers and key customer accounts, and collaborating with various sales and marketing teams to drive success in the Enterprise & Strategic Mid-Market private sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Promote innovative all-flash enterprise storage technology solutions.
- →Build strong relationships with customers across key commercial sectors.
- →Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers.
- →Identify and engage new prospects within target industries to build a robust pipeline.
- →Manage sales pipeline and execute daily prospecting activities to meet sales quotas.
- →Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage effectively.
- →Implement targeted strategies to consistently close new business.
- →Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage’s business value and technical differentiation.
Requirements
- ✓Strong drive for sales and relationship building.
- ✓Experience with direct and indirect sales in the commercial sector, especially within the Enterprise & Strategic mid-market.
- ✓Demonstrated success in prospecting into new accounts.
- ✓Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- ✓Track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- ✓Exposure to sectors such as Healthcare & Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Industrial/Construction.
- ✓Capable of leading infrastructure sales conversations with technical stakeholders.
- ✓Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- ✓5+ years of field sales experience.
- ✓Professional written & verbal French and professional English proficiency.
