About the Role
We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our team at Pure Storage. This role focuses on providing technical advisory and architectural guidance to enterprise customers, helping them implement AI solutions on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technical discovery and advisory engagements with customers to identify high-value AI use cases
- →Advise on end-to-end AI deployment, including model selection, training strategies, and inference optimization
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to qualify and position AI opportunities
- →Create AI enablement content for field teams, partners, and customers
- →Present at industry conferences and publish technical content
Requirements
- ✓Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- ✓8+ years building and deploying AI/ML systems
- ✓Deep expertise in modern AI/ML, including large language models and distributed training
- ✓Fluency with the modern AI stack (PyTorch, Kubernetes, etc.)
- ✓Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
