About the Role
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Revenue Operations team, responsible for developing business reporting and analysis to drive actionable insights for stakeholders. This role involves working closely with Sales and Marketing Operations and Strategy teams to support key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and interpret complex data sets to deliver high-quality insights and create presentations
- →Develop executive-ready reporting and visualizations to simplify complex problems
- →Present work to functional leaders and executives regularly
- →Communicate with stakeholders to set expectations and track progress
- →Develop and maintain key project governance documentation
- →Help define a roadmap and vision for Business Insights, data, and related tools strategy
- →Perform ad hoc analysis including funnel conversion, sales productivity, and scenario modeling
- →Design high-impact dashboards using tools like Tableau, SFDC, or Looker
- →Conduct requirement gathering sessions to translate business pain points into technical data models
- →Use a data-driven approach to convert raw metrics into narrative insights
- →Spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities within complex datasets
- →Perform ad hoc and root-cause analysis on KPIs to provide proactive recommendations
- →Act as the primary liaison between technical BI teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- →Translate technical and analytical findings to the executive leadership team
- →Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and dashboards
- →Identify and define business KPIs or data from various sources
- →Own and align data definition across functions and systems
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience supporting Sales or Revenue Operations in a Sales Operations or Analytical capacity
- ✓Proficiency in business intelligence tools for reporting and analytics
- ✓High-level competency in Excel/Google Sheets
- ✓Familiarity with cloud data warehouses
- ✓Enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
- ✓Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a business, financial, or analytical field
- ✓Exceptional analytical, decision-making, project management, and financial modeling skills
- ✓Strong communication and storytelling abilities, particularly when presenting to executive management
- ✓Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives, perform under pressure, and quickly adapt to changing needs
- ✓Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a relentless commitment to achieving outcomes
- ✓Proven ability to partner cross-functionally through strong relationship-building, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills
- ✓Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
