About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager for FlashArray File Features to lead a team dedicated to evolving Everpure’s™ industry-leading file services. This role requires blending deep systems-level engineering with high-impact people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive end-to-end execution of the software development lifecycle for core file features
- →Shape technical strategy in partnership with senior architects and Product Management
- →Cultivate engineering excellence through rigorous testing strategies and CI/CD health
- →Manage and mentor a team of 5–8 engineers, providing technical guidance
- →Align team objectives with global business goals by managing dependencies
Requirements
- ✓People leadership expertise with a focus on fostering a collaborative engineering culture
- ✓Extensive technical background in building large-scale distributed systems, storage, or filesystems
- ✓Proven track record of shipping complex infrastructure products using Agile methodologies
- ✓Solid understanding of end-to-end quality practices and customer experience
