THE ROLE
As the Engineering Manager for the Everpure™ DirectFlash™ Module (DFM) team, you will lead the vision for our proprietary enterprise storage hardware. You won’t just manage a team; you will pioneer the integration of next-generation NAND technologies and drive the media management algorithms that give the Everpure™ Platform its competitive edge in performance and cost. Collaborating across Purity software, hardware, and qualification teams, you will steer the development of the hardware-software interfaces that define the future of flash storage.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
•
Strategic Project Leadership: Partner with global program teams to architect firmware project schedules, managing critical dependencies and mitigating risks to ensure the seamless delivery of Everpureâ„¢ storage solutions to market.

Agile Excellence: Orchestrate team sprints and backlog prioritization, fostering a high-velocity development environment that balances rapid feature innovation with rigorous product stability.

Engineering Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvements in the firmware development lifecycle, implementing advanced CI/CD practices and automated workflows to enhance both engineering productivity and product quality.

Talent Orchestration: Lead a world-class team of engineers through active performance management, structured 1-on-1 mentorship, and professional development initiatives that align individual growth with Everpureâ„¢'s mission.

Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the primary technical liaison between firmware, hardware, and system software teams, ensuring that our proprietary media management policies are perfectly tuned for the latest NAND generations.
WHAT YOU BRING
•
Embedded & Storage Mastery: Deep technical expertise in the SSD or embedded storage domain, with a sophisticated understanding of the entire data path, NAND media management, and hardware-software interfaces.
•
Proven Engineering Leadership: Extensive experience leading technical teams or complex projects, specifically focused on embedded systems and the successful delivery of hardware-integrated software to market.
•
Full-Stack Technical Fluency: Proficiency in C/C++ for firmware development and Python for automation, combined with the analytical ability to debug complex issues across the HW/FW boundary.
•
Operational Excellence: A strong track record of managing projects through the entire product development cycle (from concept to GA) using Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration.
•
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
