About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Pure Storage Partner Portal to define and deliver the next-generation digital experience for Pure's global partner ecosystem. This highly visible role will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Partner Portal built on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Pure Storage Partner Portal on Salesforce Experience Cloud
- →Define portal-wide user journeys, capabilities, and long-term architectural direction
- →Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories
- →Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making tradeoff decisions
- →Partner with UX, Salesforce architects, engineering, and IT teams to design intuitive experiences
- →Drive continuous improvement by defining KPIs and measuring adoption/engagement
- →Act as the primary product leader interfacing with Sales, Partner, Marketing, Operations, Programs, Legal, Finance, and IT
- →Provide clear communication of roadmap, progress, risks, and achievements to leadership
Requirements
- ✓8–10 years of experience in product management, or related roles in SaaS, B2B technology, or consulting
- ✓Expertise with Salesforce Experience Cloud (PRM) or similar partner portal platforms
- ✓Strong GTM, partner, and operational fluency
- ✓Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and build business cases
- ✓Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills
- ✓Analytical, structured problem solver with a consultative mindset
- ✓BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (MBA preferred)
