About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager for Systems to join Pure Storage and help shape the next generation of industry-leading FlashArray and FlashBlade platforms. This high-growth role involves tackling complex architectural challenges and acting as a critical bridge between customer needs and technical innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive data-informed product evolution by analyzing telemetry, support trends, and sales patterns to identify system bottlenecks and product gaps
- →Define actionable product requirements by translating customer challenges into user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs
- →Execute the systems roadmap by leading end-to-end delivery of functional areas from design reviews to launch readiness
- →Streamline global operations by collaborating with Hardware and Operations teams to ensure accurate configuration rules and SKU definitions
- →Champion cross-functional alignment by acting as a central point of contact between Engineering, Purity software, and QA teams
Requirements
- ✓Analytical problem-solving skills to break down complex technical problems into structured, shippable increments
- ✓Technical curiosity and interest in high-performance storage systems
- ✓Experience in a technical product, program management, or engineering-adjacent role
- ✓Strong communication and influence skills to present clear analysis and propose decisions
