We’re looking for 2 experienced Recruiters to join our growing Talent Acquisition
team in Bangalore. One role will focus on hiring for the Go-To-Market roles (sales, presales, CX) and the other one for G&A functions (HR, Finance, IT,...) across the region.
These roles offer a unique opportunity to influence hiring strategy in a fast-growing, highly competitive environment.
In this role, you will:
• Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders,
developing and executing hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Own end-to-end recruiting process, including intake alignment, sourcing
strategy, screening, interview panel design, decision-making, offer strategy, and
onboarding alignment.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising them on
market trends, talent availability, and hiring trade-offs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer
acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for highly specialized and competitive technical
talent.
• Proactively source, engage, and maintain strong, diverse pipelines of technical
candidates.
• Use recruiting metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes
and efficiency.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Finance, and Interview
Coordination to ensure smooth, timely hiring decisions.
• Be an ambassador for Everpure
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…
• Strong Recruiting expertise with a focus on quality, speed, and partnership.
• Ability to influence and guide business leaders through the recruiting lifecycle.
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive talent in a competitive market.
• Experience hiring for similar roles
• Solid ability to assess candidate fit beyond resumes.
• Comfort building relationships via phone, video, and in-person interactions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and structured interviewing capability.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Everpure is primarily an in-office environment. This role is based in Bangalore, and you’ll
be expected to work from the office in line with company policy, except during PTO, business
travel, or other approved leave. (edited)
