THE ROLE
The EMEA Recruitment team is responsible for hiring top talent into our Engineering organisation and corporate functions across the region. As a Recruiter, you’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse portfolio of roles, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and an advocate for candidates. You’ll use market insights, data, and creative sourcing to shape hiring decisions and help Pure scale, while ensuring every interaction reflects our values and employment brand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes, success profiles, and interview plans that support Pure’s growth.
• Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies for roles across the Engineering organisation and selected G&A functions.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, building diverse, high-quality pipelines across EMEA.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, guiding candidates transparently and representing Pure’s culture and values.
• Use funnel and market data to advise hiring teams, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve speed and quality of hire.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enable clear reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate and support recruiting and employer branding events; represent Pure at internal and external talent initiatives.
• Champion internal mobility and referrals, coaching managers and employees on how to leverage these channels effectively.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience as an in-house recruiter in a tech environment, hiring for Engineering and/or corporate functions in EMEA.
• Deep understanding of the full technical recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline building through offer, negotiation, and close.
• Strong understanding of the software engineering landscape and ability to discuss technical concepts to assess candidates’ experience.
• Proven sourcing expertise, including advanced use of social media, professional networks, and Boolean search to find and engage talent.
• Ability to influence and coach stakeholders, using data and market insights to shape hiring decisions and priorities.
• Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a high bar for talent, while managing multiple requisitions and priorities.
