About the Role
Everpure is seeking an operationally strong District Manager to build and lead a team of account executives. This role involves recruiting, forecasting, and developing strategies to drive sales success in the data storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- →Hire additional Account Executives as business demands
- →Provide leadership to the extended Everpure team
- →Manage team performance related to KPIs
- →Recruit, develop and maintain relationships with channel partners
- →Drive sales call activity and lead by example
- →Deliver annual bookings goals and new logo production
- →Conduct weekly reviews of activities and pipeline
- →Perform performance management of the team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of field sales management experience in storage or IT infrastructure
- ✓Experience selling to IT departments and management
- ✓Proven track record in recruitment and associate development
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Ability to coordinate resources for complex sales strategies
- ✓Proficiency in CRM and online tools
