About the Role
We are looking for a Security Product Manager for Pure’s flagship storage platform, FlashArray. You will be responsible for architecting the security posture and leading the strategy for hardening infrastructure while ensuring compliance with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the Security Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end vision for security features, including encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and multi-tenancy.
- →Architect Compliance & Certifications: Drive the strategy for obtaining and maintaining critical industry certifications like FIPS, Common Criteria, and FedRAMP.
- →Manage Vulnerability Lifecycle: Own the product response to the evolving threat landscape, including CVE tracking and prioritization of security patches.
- →Engineer Competitive Differentiation: Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate security protocols into compelling value propositions.
- →Orchestrate Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the authoritative voice on security for the executive team.
Requirements
- ✓Deep Security Domain Expertise: Advanced technical command of encryption standards, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP), and authorization frameworks.
- ✓Regulatory Acumen: Deep familiarity with global security regulations and frameworks (NIST, EU Cybersecurity Act, PCI-DSS).
- ✓Strategic Product Leadership: Track record of developing security visions and execution plans at scale.
- ✓Executive Influence: Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
