About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Public Sector GTM organization. This role involves leading talent acquisition strategy and partnering with senior leadership to scale high-impact teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with senior Sales leadership to design and execute long-range recruiting strategies for FED and SLED territories
- →Leverage Public Sector market intelligence to identify and engage elite GTM professionals
- →Drive hiring excellence by coaching interview panels on assessment frameworks
- →Architect and lead the end-to-end candidate experience for mission-critical searches
