About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Leader to join our team and help reshape the data storage industry. This leadership position will support the execution of the SLED sales strategy and drive success within the SLED organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run the business cadence to deliver forecast and quarterly results
- →Keep SLED Sales leaders ahead of business issues
- →Co-lead pipeline pod to drive inspection and identify areas for improvement
- →Jointly build the plan for growth within the Region
- →Develop and lead cross-functional initiatives
- →Coach and mentor sales leaders through rollout of new systems and processes
- →Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- →Drive operational excellence by providing solutions to problems and challenges
- →Own all sales metrics reporting, analysis, and action plans
- →Support sales teams to resolve conflicts around account management and territory alignment
- →Analyze current-state trends compared to historicals and provide recommendations
Requirements
- ✓10+ years working experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other Analytical role
- ✓Minimum 3 years working experience in Public Sector
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
- ✓Structured Analytical Problem Solving skills, combined with strong Business Acumen
- ✓Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, MS Office, Clari, Anaplan, and Salesforce
- ✓Tableau experience is a plus
- ✓Excellent Communication, Problem Solving and Presentation skills
- ✓Strong Interpersonal skill and an ability to work under pressure
