About the Role

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join Everpure, a company reshaping the data storage industry. This role involves redefining the resiliency of critical infrastructure applications and implementing future observability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise systems such as databases, message queues, APIs, and distributed applications
→Establish sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems to prevent problem recurrence
→Support services before they go live through system design, software platform development, capacity planning, and launch reviews
→Scale systems sustainably through scripting and automation
→Collaborate with team members across business units and time zones

Requirements

✓Demonstrated coding ability with functional or object-oriented programming languages (Python/Go preferred)
✓Experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale distributed software systems
✓Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation
✓Systematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership
✓5+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Infrastructure engineer
✓Strong understanding of Unix/Linux
✓Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
✓Experience with containers and Kubernetes
✓Expertise with hybrid cloud environments (AWS preferred)
