About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join Push Security, a fast-growing cyber security startup focused on browser-based threat detection and response. You will partner with the sales team to provide technical leadership, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure successful technical evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the sales team to provide technical leadership to customers and prospective customers
- →Provide presentations such as whiteboards, product demos, and proof of value outcomes
- →Engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle
- →Build deep relationships with customers to enable them to be Push champions
- →Help customers build plans for showing the value of the Push platform in their environment
- →Serve as the customer advocate to other Push teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing
- →Invest time in learning new product features, industry developments, and broadening technical skillset
- →Represent Push in technical forums such as trade shows, technical meetups, and industry events
Requirements
- ✓6 years+ experience in a pre-sales technical role delivering solutions to C-level execs and security experts
- ✓Ability to deliver world-class demonstrations and training experience
- ✓Actively managed technical proof of concepts and/or deployments in the past year
- ✓Experience using device management tools such as Intune and Jamf
- ✓Strong knowledge of modern cybersecurity threats and attack vectors, with a focus on identity-based attacks
- ✓Familiarity with security technologies and tools, including SIEM, XDR, and SOAR platforms
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
- ✓Experience bringing feedback from the field to the product management and engineering teams
- ✓A vibrant and energetic personality, this is a customer-facing role
- ✓Previous experience working with and deploying EDR agents (bonus)
- ✓Previous experience writing scripts using Python and PowerShell to interact with APIs (bonus)
