About the Role
The Product Designer at QAD is responsible for the end-to-end user experience of products within the QAD Suite of ERP solutions. This role involves in-depth research to understand customers, markets, and technical constraints, translating insights into complete workflows and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Product Management to create user-centered experiences using personas, storyboards, and user journeys.
- →Design and document wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that balance technical understanding with creative problem-solving.
- →Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to define and drive UX vision and strategy.
- →Conduct research to gain insight into customer needs and business goals, translating findings into actionable design solutions.
- →Validate and refine designs through reviews, usability testing, and user feedback.
- →Present UX insights and design deliverables to stakeholders.
- →Consult with product teams and provide UX training and resources.
- →Perform other related duties as assigned.
