About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Intern to support our global trade and supply chain activities. This role involves assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and analyzing data to identify optimization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives
- →Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns, constraints, and improvement opportunities
- →Analyze and document existing processes to detect inefficiencies and areas for optimization
- →Contribute to structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as root cause analysis
- →Develop and maintain project-related documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and training materials
- →Share progress updates, insights, and recommendations clearly with team members and relevant stakeholders
- →Take part in training sessions and workshops to strengthen knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- →Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- ✓Strong interest in global trade and supply chain activities
- ✓Proficiency in Excel and other analytical software
- ✓Understanding of process mapping and optimization techniques
- ✓Ability to contribute to problem-solving activities using methodologies like root cause analysis
- ✓Excellent communication skills to share insights and recommendations
