About the Role
Quadient is a leader in digital communication with €1.1 billion revenue in 2022. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will generate business opportunities and build relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute multichannel outbound campaigns (phone, email, social selling) targeting high-potential accounts
- →Identify and contact key decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, HR directors) who are likely to become future customers
- →Conduct large-scale project detection (60 conversations per day) to generate qualified opportunities
- →Map important accounts from marketing campaigns and schedule impactful business meetings
- →Plan and conduct introductory meetings to identify the specific needs of potential customers
- →Build and maintain your sales pipeline until the purchase intent phase is reached
- →Enrich accounts using appropriate scraping tools (Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Lusha, etc.)
- →Participate in strategic events (trade shows, roundtable discussions, etc.) alongside sales and marketing teams
