About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Representative to join Quadient’s demand generation team. This integral role focuses on cold calling and identifying sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment for Field Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with a variety of 7 or more campaigns (including customer and prospect campaigns)
- →Navigate conversations with a wide range of target personas (from manager to Director and C level)
- →Tailor customer outreach with exclusive talk tracks/rebuttals and targeting of higher-level DMs
- →Pivot in any conversation and probe deeper to explore cross-sell opportunities and Quadient solutions
- →Multi-task and use various applications while making outbound dials
- →Achieve all Lead Generation goals and appointment percentage
- →Assist manager with effective feedback on all campaigns
- →Utilize effective communication, presentation, and listening skills
