About the Role
The Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the lifecycle of locker installations and services at Quadient Parcel Lockers Division. This role supports both internal teams and external partners with a focus on technical configuration, asset coordination, and service validation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Configure locker machines within designated software platforms
- →Collaborate with Supply Chain team to order assets and manage installation project lifecycle
- →Review and validate technical reports from service providers
- →Manage service contracts for hardware/software products
- →Update customer, host, and provider details
- →Maintain asset accuracy in core systems
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in technical configuration or systems setup
- ✓Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams
- ✓High attention to detail and ability to validate technical documentation
- ✓Experience in data accuracy and process improvement in a B2B environment
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Desirable Skills
- ✓Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce (SFDC)
- ✓Experience in service providers management and KPI and SLA monitoring
- ✓Background in parcel, retail, or eCommerce industries
