About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team at Qualysoft, a company with 25 years of experience in software engineering. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining customer-centric microservices with a full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and maintain customer-centric microservices with a full technology stack (frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines).
- →Write clean, high-quality code and ensure performance and security through pair programming, code reviews, and TDD.
- →Work closely with designers, developers, architects, testers, and project managers on cutting-edge projects.
- →Stay updated on the latest technologies and contribute to personal development through conferences, conventions, and online learning.
- →Dedicate creative time during each iteration to work on projects that excite you.
Requirements
- ✓A degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent.
- ✓3+ years of experience in software development/architecture with a passion for new technologies.
- ✓Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- ✓Familiarity with Git, CI/CD automation, object-relational databases, and SQL scripting.
- ✓Strong knowledge of web development and ownership of microservices.
- ✓Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- ✓A collaborative team player who thrives in agile environments (SCRUM/KANBAN).
