About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Support Lead to build, configure, and develop internal support for our trading environment. This is a new role at the intersection of support, DevOps, and engineering with a direct impact on trading stability and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and implement end-to-end incident response processes
- βServe as the main escalation point for complex or highly critical incidents
- βImprove monitoring and alerting to quickly identify issues without unnecessary noise
- βSelect and configure appropriate tools for incident management and support
- βMaintain quality documentation including runbooks, playbooks, and internal guides
- βAnalyze incident trends and propose system improvements
- βCommunicate with traders during incidents
- βEstablish standards for production support and on-call
- βRemain hands-on, actively participating in incident resolution
Requirements
- βExperience with supporting production systems and resolving incidents
- βBasic Linux knowledge and terminal work
- βWindows workstation management experience
- βUnderstanding of monitoring, alerting, and logging tools
- βCloud or Kubernetes experience is a significant advantage
- βEnglish proficiency is mandatory
