The person in this role will sit in leadership and technical meetings, track follow-ups and workstreams, prepare reporting for leadership, and help maintain visibility into vendor activity, procurement processes, and operational spend.  The role requires someone with experience in an IT environment and supporting initiatives across teams while ensuring projects, IT KPIs, budget, and operational processes stay organized.   Seeking a candidate with Background in roles such as:  - IT Project Manager  - Technical Program Manager  - Technical Business Analyst  - Systems Analyst  - IT Operations Analyst  Responsibilities • Track initiatives, action items, and follow-ups from IT leadership meetings • Coordinate operational priorities and initiatives across IT teams • Prepare reporting and dashboards for leadership using Excel or Power BI • Pull and analyze operational data to support decision making • Support vendor coordination and procurement activities for IT tools and services • Track vendor contracts, licensing, and procurement activity • Monitor operational expenses and confirm invoices or purchasing activity are processed - • Maintain visibility into IT budgets and operational spend - Improve documentation and organization across IT initiatives Requirements • Experience working within an IT or Finance organization • Comfortable participating in conversations about systems, integrations, infrastructure, and applications • Strong Excel skills and experience creating reports or dashboards • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Office, Teams) • Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus What We Offer • Competitive base salary • Tuition reimbursement • Medical, vision, and dental insurance, all of which begin day one of employment • Short- and long-term, supplemental, and company-paid life insurance • 401(k) retirement savings plan • Paid Time Away Beware of fake job offers falsely claiming affiliation with our company. • We never request banking details or other personally identifiable information during interviews. • Our recruiters will never ask prospective employees for payment to apply for a position or as a condition of employment. • Official emails are from our domain.
