People Operations Coordinator at Quorum

As Quorum’s People Operations Coordinator, you will supporting a wide range of HR processes that ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with local labor laws, and a high-quality employee experience. This role blends hands-on operational execution with opportunities to contribute to process improvement, data accuracy, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and global environment. You will serve as key support in maintaining HR compliance and systems accuracy while helping build efficient, people-centered programs that reflect our values of inclusion, transparency, and continuous learning. About You • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in HR operations or generalist roles. • Confidence in working closely with Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices. • Confidence in leading Onboarding & Offboarding processes for BR-based team members. • Strong written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. • Working experience with Google Workspace. • Based in Minas Gerais/Brazil Our Work Environment • We are an AI-forward team—AI is built into how we work, think, and grow. • We are a remote-first team with flexible work options: work remotely, or you may choose to come into our office in Belo Horizonte.
