About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage Professional Services projects from initiation through delivery for complex client engagements. This role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining commercial responsibility, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• →Lead, control, and manage Professional Services projects from initiation through delivery
• →Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• →Maintain commercial responsibility for projects while identifying new business opportunities
• →Unite and provide direction to internal and external technical and non-technical teams
• →Deliver results ensuring technical projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• →Engage stakeholders in gathering and documenting requirements to solve customer pain points
• →Manage project profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization through proactive forecasting
• →Effectively manage resources to achieve goals and escalate conflicting requirements
• →Build and maintain a network of cross-functional technical resources
• →Contribute to the refinement of Professional Services methodology
• →Lead and execute projects using Waterfall methodology
• →Work effectively and communicate strongly with remote teams
• →Prepare key project documents and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• →Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues
• →Effectively manage change to the project baseline using rigorous change control processes
• →Monitor delivery of project deliverables from third parties
• →Prepare and present accurate reports on project progress and problems
• →Provide guidance for creating proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work
• →Collaborate with Sales pursuit teams and cross-functional teams during presales and delivery
