About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud Architect specializing in Azure to lead application migration assessments, cloud readiness evaluations, and deliver high-quality architectural designs. This role requires expertise in Azure services, networking, security, IAM, Kubernetes, containers, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct comprehensive application migration and cloud readiness assessments
- →Lead high-level and detailed architectural designs covering Azure Well Architected Framework pillars
- →Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business requirements into design documents
- →Develop and present Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculations and migration cost analyses
- →Provide expert guidance throughout cloud migration and modernization projects
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, and business stakeholders
- →Ensure clear communication across all organizational levels
- →Travel up to 15% domestically
Requirements
- ✓High School Diploma or regional equivalent
- ✓Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a related field
- ✓Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Cloud Architect in Azure environments
- ✓Deep technical knowledge of Azure Cloud services, networking, security frameworks, IAM, Kubernetes, containers, and Azure App Service
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD using GitHub Actions
- ✓Demonstrable ability to conduct cloud assessments and translate business needs into architectural designs
- ✓Exceptional soft skills including communication, engagement, and teamwork
