About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives across private cloud, infrastructure, and hybrid hosting environments. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead strategic, multi-phase programs involving infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation
→Oversee program-level planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams
→Partner with leadership, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to deliver business-critical outcomes
→Manage high-complexity projects with broad scope and cross-functional dependencies
→Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, program roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies
→Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory standards
→Facilitate SLT-level communications and steering committee updates
→Mentor and coach junior project managers
→Lead enterprise, customer-facing infrastructure delivery programs

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
✓Minimum 12 years of project/program management experience in IT infrastructure or cloud environments
✓Proven success in leading enterprise-scale programs with global impact
✓Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
✓Flexibility to work in any shift as per project requirements
✓PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification

Requirements

✓Advanced understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
✓Expertise in Project & Program management, resource planning, and financial tracking
✓Proficiency in tools such as MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow, Power BI
✓Strong analytical skills to assess project health and drive data-informed decisions
✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
✓Ability to influence technical and non-technical teams, including C-level stakeholders
✓Deep understanding of IT infrastructure domains including Cloud Computing, Networking & Security, Virtualization & Storage, Operating Systems, and Databases & Backup Solutions
