About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our team, working at the intersection of technology, problem solving, and customer interaction. This role is responsible for supporting feature-rich platforms across Fuel and Electric Vehicle (EV) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the first point of contact for customers and business users, assisting with product and software-related queries
- →Apply problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to deliver effective resolutions
- →Ensure seamless ticket management, prioritisation and time management practices
- →Develop a deep knowledge of the systems and technologies to support informed decision-making
- →Get involved in key project activities, including training and documentation
Requirements
- ✓Solid technical background enabling effective communication with development teams
- ✓Knowledge of SQL, with the ability to run queries to investigate issues
- ✓Familiarity with API testing tools such as Insomnia or Postman
- ✓Analysis skills, with expertise in gathering and documenting detailed information
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Proactive mindset with robust problem-solving abilities
- ✓Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL
