We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Executive to join our team at Radius Telematics. This role focuses on providing a best-in-class customer onboarding experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Calling newly acquired customers to ensure they receive a red-carpet experience
- →Working a checklist of items to ensure swift install and activation of customer Telematics devices
- →Supporting new customers with providing systems training and setting up key business software reports
- →Seeking out additional opportunities for customer upsell and cross-sell into the wider Radius Group
- →Working cross-departmentally to solve challenges with the customer at the heart of everything you do
- →Updating business systems and CRM
