About the Role
The Finance department is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to oversee operational processes within the Operations team. This role is critical for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maximizing efficiency through effective systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee end-to-end operational processes for multiple products
- →Import, process, and validate high volumes of transactional data
- →Proactively address transactional data challenges to ensure customer invoicing
- →Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts
- →Perform daily and weekly volume reconciliations and trend analysis
- →Produce high-quality, accurate outputs consistently and on time
- →Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth business processes
- →Maintain processes and procedures
- →Continuously improve department effectiveness and efficiency
- →Identify areas for improvement and associated benefits
- →Measure and manage performance against internal service levels
- →Identify underperformance areas and escalate to management
- →Investigate and resolve queries quickly
- →Manage and triage queries via CRMs
