About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Onboarding Advisor to join our jovial team in Ronse. This role is crucial for providing a great experience to our clients when they start using our fuel products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the operational checklist for creating accounts and activating services
- →Offer system training and guidance to clients on our platform and tools
- →Coordinate the onboarding of new clients to ensure a professional and high-quality first impression
- →Identify opportunities to introduce additional Radius solutions to support client growth and retention
- →Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, finance, customer service) to quickly resolve issues
