We are looking for a driven and commercial Sales Manager for our Telematics department to lead our telesales team to success, track results and KPIs, and provide personalized coaching to our advisors.
Key Responsibilities

- →Create a dynamic and motivating atmosphere within the team
- →Implement strategies to improve the quality of our service
- →Coach and guide team members to achieve monthly goals and KPIs
- →Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficiency of sales processes
