About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on resolving customer technical queries and providing feedback to clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Working through tickets on our CRM system with emphasis on good customer contact with phone or email, ensuring they are kept informed at every stage of the resolution.
- →Complete detailed checks of accounts providing accurate feedback to other business areas.
- →Build good relationships with internal stakeholders including customer service, installations, onboarding, and complaints.
- →Have an awareness of trends and repeating issues, escalating to your line manager any out of the ordinary occurrences.
- →Supporting other business areas at peak times with phone line coverage
- →In a customer facing role there is an expectation that you generate leads and referrals for wider Radius products and services
