About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on AI Operations Lead to help Rain move faster and smarter as we scale. This person will serve as the connective tissue between business challenges and technology solutions, identifying operational bottlenecks and building automations, AI agents, and workflows that eliminate manual work.
Key Responsibilities
- →Diagnose and prioritize automation and AI opportunities across teams
- →Design and deploy AI-powered automations, agents, and workflows
- →Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are used
- →Communicate progress and results clearly to teams and leadership
- →Define success metrics and build dashboards to track performance
- →Develop core primitives for Rain's internal AI foundation
Requirements
- ✓CS background or strong technical fluency
- ✓Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
- ✓Ability to take ambiguous problems and ship working solutions
- ✓Analytical problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Systems building experience
- ✓3–6 years of experience in product management, business operations, or similar roles
