Key Responsibilities
- →Support development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and controls for card network compliance
- →Assist in preparing responses to card network inquiries, audits, and compliance assessments
- →Monitor updates to Visa and Mastercard network rules and assess their impact on company policies
- →Partner with product and technology teams to flag network rule considerations during new product development
- →Support dispute and chargeback workflows in alignment with Visa/Mastercard rules
- →Assist with tracking, categorization, and documentation of consumer complaints
- →Review customer-facing disclosures and marketing materials for compliance
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related function within financial institutions, fintech, or payments
- ✓Foundational knowledge of Visa and/or Mastercard operating rules, particularly dispute and chargeback frameworks
- ✓Basic familiarity with Regulation E, Regulation Z, and UDAAP principles
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Clear written communication skills
- ✓Collaborative working style
- ✓Bachelor's degree required
